Spaghetti Carbonara

Who doesn't like pasta? I think everyone like that one of Italian food. My mother and I can make 3 pasta dishes. Macaroni schotel, spaghetti meatball and carbonara fettucini. I love them! I like to add more cheese and oregano on them, mmm so yummy, the taste is so much better hihi. Maybe lot of people know how to make macaroni schotel and spaghetti meatball at home because it was most famous pasta between us. But just some people know about carbonara. maybe because the taste of carbonara that doesn't familiar with Indonesian taste. But I do really like carbonara! so I would like to share you how to make carbonara fettucini ala chef mama and me :))

Ingredients:
100 gr fettucini (you can use spaghetti too)
10 slice (or more if you like) burger meat
1 can of mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 onion, finely chopped
25 gr cheddar cheese,grated
500ml water
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
150ml milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon margarine
oregano for topping

Steps:
  1. Put fettucini in boiling water, cook until done. After cooked, remove spaghetti and give vegetable oil then set aside.
  2. Put margarine in a frying pan, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Put burger meat and mushrooms stir fry until it changes color
  3. Then put the flour, stirring until it changes colour. Reduce heat
  4. Put the milk little by little and stirring until blended.
  5. Add salt and pepper
  6. Put spaghetti and grated cheese, stirring until blended.
  7. Remove and served on the plate. Add oregano and if you are a cheese lover like me, you can add more cheese on top of Carbonara ;)

  • 100gram spagheti
  • 150gram daging cincang
  • 1 sendok makan tepung terigu
  • 1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
  • 1/4 biji bawang bombai, cincang halus
  • 25gram keju cheddar, parut
  • 500ml air
  • 2 sendok makan minyak sayur
  • 1/4 sendok teh kaldu sapi bubuk
  • 1 btng seledri, cincang halus untuk taburan
  • 150ml susu cair
  • 1/4 sendok teh garam
  • 1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 2 sendok makan margarin, untuk menumis
